Have a specific project you’re working on? Have a question that you need to process with someone who has been there?

I offer to work with folks one-on-one, by the hour, and as needed. Each session is preceded with an emailed questionnaire to help make the most of our time together and is followed by a recap and action steps based on our conversation. You only pay for the time spent in-session.

Mission & Values Workshop

I believe that what drives us and excites us in our personal life informs the mission of our businesses. Our individual 'whys' for doing what we do is our own unique super power for success.

In this 2-session workshop, we’ll work together to establish a mission statement and the core values for your business. I believe that our mission statements and core values provide us with a foundation for what we say ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ to in our day to day decision making. And the best part? You already have everything you need to write yours. Each session is 90-minutes in length.

FAQs

  • I like to take a mentorship approach…think a combination of traditional consulting and coaching. It combines strategic guidance with personal development support. You’ll be guided through intentional reflection and inquiry to create a clarity on where support is needed. From there I will offer relevant experience and/or resources to help you get where you’re going or fill in the gaps where you are in your business.

  • Sessions are booked on an as needed basis, as determined by you. Sessions can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes in length. Based on what we discuss, I will suggest other ways to support you going forward but it is 100% up to you on if/when you opt to meet again.

  • I support any business that is equally interested in their bottom line and the people they serve and who are employed by them.

  • Sessions are booked for 60-90 minutes and you are only billed for the actual time spent in session. If we use more or less time in a session, your invoice will be reflective of that. All invoices are sent following a session and due upon receipt.

  • I offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory session where we can discuss what you’re looking for in more depth and see if my experience and style of mentorship is what you’re looking for. All introductory sessions are held virtually.

  • I will send you a questionnaire prior to our first session that will help guide the conversation and ensure we are making the most of our time together.
